A relaxed first visit designed for both you and your dog. We’ll take time to chat about your dog’s history, comfort level, and any concerns you may have. I’ll meet your pup, gently assess where they’re at with paw handling and nail care, and walk you through what cooperative, low-stress nail care looks like.
If your dog is comfortable and ready, we may complete a trim — but there’s no pressure or expectations. The goal of this session is connection, clarity, and setting your dog up for calm, successful nail care in future visits.
This session is required for all new clients.

Have more than one dog at home? This option makes it easy — and more affordable — to keep the whole pack comfortable and cared for in a single visit. Each dog receives calm, individualized nail care at their own pace, using gentle, low-stress handling to ensure they feel safe and supported.
When you select the multi-dog discount at booking, you’ll receive your regular intake form plus a follow-up form for each additional dog. This helps gather the information needed to create a safe, tailored experience for every pup in your home.
Every extra dog added to your appointment receives 15% off the service price, whether it’s an Intro Session or a nail care session. It’s a simple, convenient way to stay on top of everyone’s nail health — with savings built in for multi-dog families.
